WHAT IS PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Payment information is collected and retained by our third party payment provider Stripe, Inc. It may include personal information such as your name and street address. This payment information is retained on OmniReceipt for purposes of creating invoices for you.
OmniReceipt does not collect your full credit or debit card details.

VISIBILITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a customer or our Services your email address is used to identify you as a user to an OmniReceipt organisation. Other users of your organisation or it’s parent organisation will have visibility into your email address.
We limit access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Keeping your personal information safe and secure is important to us. We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION
We will retain your personal information as long as you continue to use our Services, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
If you decide to discontinue use of our Services we will delete your personal information.
In cases of multiple user organisational accounts and multiple organisation accounts, information deletion procedure will be handled in accordance to main user of the Services.
Your personal information saved on our databases will be on our automated database backups for a reasonable retention period of those backups.
IP-addresses will remain on our logs for a reasonable retention period.
